Requirements
The charger needs to have the OCPP feature enabled. Contact Grizzl-E support if it is not. Setup Guide: * In the charger web UI, set the OCPP server URL to `ws://<evcc-host>:8887/`. Leave "Data" empty and keep "Station ID" and "Auth key" as-is. * Set the minimum charge current to 7 A. The charger ignores lower limits. * Enable "1A current control" for your vehicle. The charger only supports whole-amp currents. "Start remote transaction on vehicle connection" is always enabled. Once the charger OCPP configuration points to evcc, the vendor app stops showing data about the charger. To keep the data visible in the vendor app: * In evcc, configure an OCPP forward with upstream server URL `wss://ocpp.unitedchargers.com/ocpp1.6` and the username and password from the charger OCPP configuration. * In the advanced forward settings, enable "Block commands from the upstream server". * In the advanced charger settings, set "Authentication token" to `uc_default_auth`.
